Q4 Designs LLC Accountant in New York, New York
Perform day-to-day general accounting functions including job costing, cash management, and internal financial reporting; Protect assets by monitoring and enforcing internal control; Reconcile general ledger accounts and provide information to external auditors and executive management; Prepare, examine, and analyze transaction records to ensure they are in compliance with GAAP on a weekly and monthly basis; Assist in the preparation of annual budgets; Execute timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close, and prepare financial reporting package, expense analysis by cost center, site profitability for Executives and Senior Management; Assist in the preparation of various federal, state and local tax returns and other regulatory filings; Monitor daily cash balances in operating bank accounts to cover obligations.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with two years’ experience as an Accountant in the Fashion and Apparel Industry.
