Who we are looking for:

Account Managers serve as agency implementers to achieve the client's brand and business objectives by providing them with activation guidance and by working with the internal team to execute strategies. Account Managers handle the day-to-day operations of agency projects, including research, estimate/scope development and job execution. In this role, you will implement work from beginning to end while fostering relationships directly with clients and the agency team.

What you'll do:
  • Superior communication skills, both internally and client-facing
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow through skills
  • Strong relationship management, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple
  • Works effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups projects and clients simultaneously
  • Identify growth opportunities and incremental opportunities with client partners
  • Responsible for ensuring conference reports and/or meeting notes are complete and distributed to clients and/or agency partners
  • Initiates/drafts scope documents and works with team to secure client approval
  • Initiates projects within the agency, according to standard kick-off protocol
  • Responsible for day-to-day implementation of project deliverables; ensures deliverables are client ready
  • Responsible for management of team MLR calendar and submissions
  • Collaborate with other agency partners to ensure goals and deadlines are met
  • Builds on financial management skills, including preparation of billing and monthly projections for review with supervisor
  • Gains and maintains knowledge of client's business, industry, and competition
  • Participates in key client meetings including status meetings and VML work presentations
Who you are and what you bring
  • 1-2 years of full-time experience in digital marketing, advertising, or media
  • Pharmaceutical of health agency experience, Payer experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the digital industry, emerging trends, and innovation
  • Familiarity navigating client submission processes/platforms considered a plus

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
