Job Description
Our Account Executives focus on accurate and timely client delivery, while honing skills in both client services and project management with the support of the wider account team. You will work across different accounts, driving internal workflows and processes, and supporting your client team as the go-to person for project deliverables such as accurate transcreation of materials and worldwide print production, as we deliver patient-first campaigns and collateral in our Clinical Trial Experience discipline at a global scale. This client-facing role provides a deep, holistic view of the agency processes that makes great work happen, building a strong grounding in both client service and project management excellence.
Qualifications
Background in healthcare or a degree in a science, health or communications related subject
1+ years of Account Management experience preferred (dual Project Management experience is a plus)
Candidate should possess:
A passion for creativity and a thirst for knowledge
An empathetic approach and experience in working effectively in a team
Ability to manage multiple accounts and client contacts
Strong written and oral communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Interest in client services and project management
Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple deliverables
Additional Information
Compensation Range: $46,500 - $68,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
