What you will do as a Painter: Perform painting, cleaning, and foaming tasks on boats in a large manufacturing facility Apply high energy, self-motivation, and initiative to learn and be trained on various types of equipment and processes Clean and prime boats Complete required documentation of painted boats for production purposes Paint and re-paint boats and parts in spray booth Sand boats to prepare for accent color and/or re-paint Move boats or parts out of paint oven on carts or overhead hanger system Inject rotation foam into the boat hull Ability to maintain process documentation Sand and prepare boats for the prime/paint process
