About the Role:

As a CBRE Vice President you will be responsible for conducting extensive market analysis, interpreting complex data, and preparing detailed reports. Your expertise will be pivotal in formulating and guiding potential strategies to investors and client alike, based on your thorough evaluations of the competitive landscape coupled with comprehensive research.

What You’ll Do:

  • Study economic and statistical data within real estate.

  • Compile, analyzing, and reporting data to explain economic phenomena and forecast market trends, applying mathematical models and statistical techniques.

  • Work directly with senior team leaders and providing support in all aspects of a transaction to assist in driving client origination and deal execution.

  • Evaluate potential mandates by carrying out private market research, potential investor analysis, and market mapping.

  • Perform due diligence for potential opportunities, including financial modelling, and financial and operational analysis.

  • Conduct research projects.

  • Providing support for transactions, including developing timely responses to investor inquiries and other processes necessary to reach financial close.

  • Studying the socioeconomic impacts of new public policies on real estate.

  • Formulating recommendations, policies, or plans to solve economic problems or to interpret markets.

  • Explaining economic impact of policies to our clients and employees.

What You'll Need:

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily.   • Bachelor's Degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience. Must obtain Series 79 and 63 Securities License during first three months of employment.

  • Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

  • Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

  • Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Investment Banking VP position is $160,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Investment Banking VP position is $220,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
