Overview

The position will support the origination and execution of equity and equity-linked capital markets transactions, including but not limited to initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, convertible equity, and share repurchases. There will be frequent interaction with senior team members and ample opportunity for career growth and development.

What You’ll Do

  • Leads and oversees the execution of all U.S. equity new issue transactions including overseeing committee review, liability adjudication and liaising with external transaction partners

  • Leads and oversees the preparation of all U.S. equity capital markets elements related to client presentations

  • Source of all new issue related communications with global institutional equities (i.e., sales and trading)

  • Development and initiation of equity capital markets ideas

  • Support and coverage of external client relationships

  • An observer and participant on the Equity Commitment Committee

  • Oversight and mentorship of junior team members

  • Assistance with various internal projects to support the investigation and development/enhancement of new business activities and initiatives

What You’ll Bring

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

  • Preferably at least 3 years of Equity Capital Markets or Investment Banking experience

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of work.

  • A high level of attention to detail.

  • The ability to perform effectively in a team environment.

  • Willingness to work hard, including extended hours.

  • Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills are necessary for the successful applicant.
