Texas Instruments Occupational Health Nurse in New Taipei City, Taiwan

Texas Instruments is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join our team! In the role, you will coordinate and administer employee related health and wellness programs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for initial medical care, medical screening, health education and wellness programs.

  • Works with Human Resources in administering and monitoring medical leaves of absence;

  • Responsible for Workers' Compensation case management and tracking.

  • Responsible for all medical records which includes individual employee health records, OSHA logs and Workers' Compensation cases.

  • Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors.

  • Exercises judgment to determine appropriate action.

The Occupational Health Nurse does not dispense or administer medicine.

Minimum requirements:

  • • Minimum education (associate degree in nurse)• Minimum of 2 years of experienceCertification for Nurse License Certification for Professional Occupation Nurse.

Preferred qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions

• Ability to take the initiative and drive for results

• Working well in a team environment is imperative in this role.
