Abbott Sales Manager in New Taipei City, China
Primary Function
Lead the team to achieve the challenging business targets and goals
Implement business process to build and expand market share and profit
Build, manage and inspire a successful team that deliver target and customer satisfaction
Major Responsibilities
Lead the commercial activities for the business unit in Taiwan through distributors and/or sales team
Build proper organization abreast of business long term strategy and plan and take the responsibility of P&L
Achieve sales objectives, manage budget, maintain accounts, and manage time independently, keep country business manager apprised of critical decisions
Analyze and report market condition that sales trend, account status, market potential, competitor’s strategy, and pricing
Identify and establish the relationship with decision makers in the local health care system, such as KOLs, molecular experts, government agencies, and regulatory bodies
Set plan for the sales team, coach them to achieve their goals and help them to be developed
Inspire the team and operate in a legal and ethical manner ensuring that products and service are marketed in accordance with compliance requirement
Perform other activities of special projects as assigned by the management and/or instructed by direct manager
Education
- BS or MS in scientific or medical related field
Background
10 years and above experience at diagnostics field for sales, marketing, customer support or service
Thorough knowledge of laboratory instrument and working process
Strong communication and negotiation skills to facilitate implementation of complex technical solution and must possess independent decision-making skill
