Adecco US, Inc. Clerical Assistant in New Square, New York

Adecco is currently seeking a Clerical Assistant to join a rapidly growing client in Spring Valley, NY ! This position would be in the Accounts Payable department of a healthcare facility. We are looking for an individual with a self-starter attitude and great attention to detail!

CLERICAL ASSISTANT

Location: Spring Valley, NY

Hours: 25-30 per week (flexible schedule!)

Pay Rate: $18 hr.

Position Type: 6-Week duration (with potential for extension!)

Key Responsibilities:

  • File and organize accounts payable paperwork.

  • Place documents into storage and ensure they are properly labeled.

  • Laminate and prepare various documents as needed.

  • Assist with typing and formatting documents.

  • Ensure accurate organization and documentation of all materials.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle repetitive tasks.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Previous experience in clerical/office work.

  • Must be a self-starter with a proactive attitude!

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
