Our Collaboration Hub in the Warehouse District of New Orleans, Louisiana, serves as an important location for our global support groups, including investor relations, finance, engineering, marketing, communications, and information technology. Description

Under limited supervision, provide a variety of advanced secretarial and administrative support to Senior Leadership.

  • Relieve supervisor(s) of certain administrative duties in daily operations of the department. Compose a wide variety of written documents and correspondence. Prepare and type presentations, memoranda, letters, and reports. Compile statistical data and generate complex financial and operational reports.

  • Set up and maintain complex and often confidential files, databases, records and schedules.

  • Answer telephone calls and provide information to internal and external customers and the general public.

  • Develop and maintain operating policies, procedures, and practices. Interpret established policy and provide information for the resolution of problems.

  • Receive and review incoming mail. Responsible for handling responses to mail or forwarding to supervisor as necessary.

  • Make travel and lodging reservations. Prepare, submit and coordinate travel and expense reports.

  • Arrange venues for meetings and conferences. Prepare meeting agendas. Take, transcribe and distribute minutes of administrative meetings. May attend meetings with or as a representative of their supervisor.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Five (5) years administrative/secretarial experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED

The estimated pay range for this role is currently  $26.00 - $36.00/hour. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits, or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
