Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Public Health Clinical Nurse Manager to join a client in New Orleans, LA. This individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day clinical operations of the medical clinic as well as the dental clinic, when needed. These responsibilities include but are not limited to: conducting chart audits, overseeing a team of LPN's and their development, conducting community outreach, developing policies and procedures, and assisting with workflows. This individual will analyze data and establish quality improvement action plans to ensure a course of action that is appropriate, comprehensive, and effective for clinical staff to meet the organizations short- and long-term goals. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in New Orleans, LA.

Skills and Requirements

-Associate's degree in nursing

-Louisiana State Board of Nursing License

-Proficient use of Microsoft Office computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)

-Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as ability to work in a culturally diverse, patient-centered atmosphere -Current Basic Life Support (CPR) Certified

-Quality and/or Performance Improvement Experience

-Familiar with government health policies null
