As KREWE grows we are looking for Project Manager candidates to support us in several functions, including Manufacturing , Facilities/Expansion , Design/Build , and Creative/Brand . In general, Project Managers will focus on overseeing and managing a wide range of projects from initiation through completion. This role will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction. These roles are based in our New Orleans Headquarters 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and implementation of projects, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure successful project completion
Report and escalate issues to management as needed
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Conduct risk management to minimize project risks
Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices
Requirement
Proven working experience in project management, with a track record of successfully managing projects
Strong and concise oral, written, and decision-making abilities; superior follow-through ability
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership qualities with excellent interpersonal and team management skills
Proficient in project management software tools, Microsoft Office, and collaboration platforms
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
Position based in New Orleans Headquarters
