How You’ll Shine

As a Community Marketing Agent, you’ll work at popular local attractions such as malls or theme parks and attend events such as trade shows, festivals, and conferences to connect with the public as a brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations. In this sales-based role, you’ll engage in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers and share information about the vacation club experience. You’ll also invite and incentive guests to attend award-winning vacation ownership presentations.

Though no two days are the same at Wyndham Destinations, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations

  • Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour

  • Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines

  • Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits

What You’ll Bring

  • A friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality

  • Ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Ability to stand for hours at a time indoors and outdoors

  • Sales or marketing experience (preferred)

  • High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)

  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
