Legends manages all operations across ticketing, special events, sponsorship food and beverage and retail for Attractions partners.

VUE ORLEANS

Vue Orleans, an iconic cultural and experiential destination, is seeking a proactive Account Executive for Group Sales & Tours. This role will focus on driving group sales and tour revenue through an energetic approach to outreach and relationship building. The Account Executive will engage with clients, coordinate events, and manage group outings to deliver memorable experiences and boost venue attendance.

THE ROLE

The Account Executive, Group Sales & Tours, is responsible for generating revenue through year-round group sales, tour sales, and premium hospitality sales. This individual will proactively engage in prospecting, including outbound calls and face-to-face meetings, while also planning, coordinating, and servicing both personal and departmental group events at Vue Orleans.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Achieve monthly and annual ticket and revenue targets as established by the Director.

  • Assist in the development of new group programs and events to enhance sales opportunities and increase group tickets/revenue.

  • Conduct sales calls from targeted category lists to local organizations, following up as necessary to build relationships and drive repeat business.

  • Proactively seek out opportunities for new business with existing and prospective clients.

  • Provide exceptional and professional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met from initial contact through event execution.

  • Manage responsibilities on event days, including hosting clients and overseeing large group logistics.

  • Attend team and community events to maximize sales prospects and cultivate relationships.

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in Ticket and/or Group Sales preferred.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels both internally and externally.

  • Commitment to the success of Vue Orleans and a desire to thrive in a competitive, team-oriented environment.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects with high attention to detail and adaptability to shifting priorities under pressure.

  • Strong team player, capable of providing support and collaboration within a dynamic environment.

  • Ability to balance client expectations with internal priorities and requirements.

  • Bilingual skills are a plus.

Hourly

WORKING CONDITIONS
