Job Title: Quality Engineer

Location: New Milford, CT

We’re looking for a passionate Quality Engineer to be a vital part of our manufacturing process. If you’re dedicated to quality and excellence, we want you to help us ensure our products exceed client expectations!

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure product quality through inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.

• Monitor production processes for compliance with quality standards.

• Address quality deviations and recommend corrective actions.

• Train employees on quality issues and promote a culture of quality.

• Collaborate in new product development and supplier quality assessments.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in quality and mechanical engineering, electronics, and manufacturing processes.

• Familiarity with ISO 9001, Lean manufacturing, and metrology is a plus.

Work Environment:

This onsite role offers standard hours from 9 AM to 5 PM in a collaborative manufacturing setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00
