Job Description

Soybean Roguer/Combine Crew Cleaner

The role of the soybean roguer is an important one. As a roguer, you will inspect and remove undesirable plants, including weeds and off-types, from soybean seed production fields. This is accomplished by pulling the off-type plants. Training will be provided to familiarize you with this task.

Combine cleaning will be performed throughout the harvest season. The cleaners will assist full-time staff in cleaning the combine between field changes.

If a combine is not running, the crew will be roguing. If neither activity is able to be performed, the workers will help in the plant for the day. This crew needs to be flexible with their work arrangements due to the nature of the harvest/roguing season.

This is a contract position with a duration of 9 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in New Madrid, Missouri.

Work Environment

Outdoors and within a non-climate-controlled production facility
