Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Support: Assist in revising, updating, and formatting employee handbooks and policies for clients. Research and ensure handbook updates comply with current employment laws and best practices. Support HR projects such as open enrollment communications and employee engagement initiatives. Manage tasks related to job postings, candidate tracking, and recruitment processes. Marketing & Social Media: Develop and schedule engaging content for JR Business Solutions social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Facebook. Collaborate on marketing strategies to build brand awareness and reach new clients. Design and send out monthly newsletters to clients and prospects. Create branded content for giveaways, promotions, and client appreciation events. Track and analyze social media and marketing performance metrics to refine strategies. Administrative Duties: Assist with calendar management, deadlines, and client project coordination. Collaborate on presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials.
