NOW HIRING - Carpenters
Job Description
We are seeking entry level to skilled finish carpenters to join our team specializing in the construction of large custom modular buildings, including schools, hospitals, banks, restaurants, and offices.
Our internal team of plumbers, electricians, carpenters, welders, and laborers work collaboratively from start to finish to bring each individual unit to life. Carpenters will report to the site location and follow blueprints to install studs, drywall, trim, and more.
Responsibilities
Follow blueprints to install studs, drywall, trim, and other materials.
Perform rough framing for commercial buildings.
Measure and cut materials accurately.
Hand and finish drywall installation.
Complete trim work efficiently.
Collaborate with other trades such as electrical, HVAC, piping, and plumbing to ensure smooth project execution.
Essential Skills
1-5 years of experience in finish carpentry.
Proficient in blueprint reading.
Experience with both metal and wood materials.
Skilled in rough and finish carpentry.
Proficient with hand tools of the trade.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in residential carpentry is acceptable.
Ability to perform tasks related to electrical, HVAC, piping, and plumbing is a plus.
Work Environment
Work is primarily conducted on-site, either inside a hanger or in the yard once the building is roughed in. Travel may be required to the project finish location to assemble the structure.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Leola, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $25.00
