Social Worker Masters Level
Fellowship Place is recruiting for a Masters level Social Worker for the agency's new Family and Community Engagement project. This position will provide supportive services for families and caregivers of adults living with a mental illness or co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorder. Responsibilities will include counseling, psychoeducation, and referrals to other community services. The Social Worker will meet with family members individually and will help develop and lead a Caregivers Support Group. The Social Worker will also collaborate with the agency's Peer Support Specialists on community presentations about mental health and mental health resources. Experience with Harm Reduction, Motivational Interviewing, and Mental Health First Aid helpful.
Successful applicants will have a MSW degree and broad base knowledge of mental health, mental illness, and available community resources. Salary $50,000 with paid time off, health plan, and 403-B Retirement Plan. Must be able to work 1pm-8pm at least 4 days per week.
