Job Summary:
We are looking for a QA Manager to join our IT Marketing and Guest Services Applications Team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Custom Applications, this individual will help support tools critical to our Marketing Operations. The role requires a highly resourceful individual who manages through complexity easily, demonstrates advanced technical skills and high levels of EQ, and displays strong leadership skills.
Our platforms support our internal marketing teams in their GTM initiatives across email, push, sms, and paid media. As the QA Manager, this role will be responsible for the standing up of our QA function, the day-to-day management of contract resources, and ensuring our applications meet quality standards and provide excellent user experiences.

The budgeted range starts at $125,000 + annual bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with business goals.
Lead the onboarding, and day-to-day management of offshore contract QA resources ensuring deadlines are hit across all platforms and projects.
Continuously expand our QA function across our growing number of tools while refining our existing testing methods and tools.
Make recommendations regarding program needs and solutions to maintain optimal team effectiveness, including but not limited to QA automation.
Skills in assessing and mitigating risks associated with software quality.
Collaborate cross functionally with developers, business analysts, project managers, and senior leadership.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
3+ years in QA role or equivalent experience.
Ability to inspire and lead a team, manage conflicts, and foster a collaborative environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate QA processes and results.
3+ years’ experience working with Agile & Waterfall Development Methodologies
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality standards.
Experience developing and automating QA scripts.
Must be proactive and self-driven, demonstrate initiative and be a logical thinker.
Ability to develop clear documentation and business partner management across audiences with multiple levels of technical skills
Preferred:
Experience with Marketing Technologies
Proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for writing automation scripts.
Understanding of SQL, relational databases, and data warehousing.
Experience standing up automated test scripts.
Skills in testing APIs using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI.
Experience working with offshore teams.
The expected Total Compensation for this role is $125,000 + annual bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
