Eurofins Product Manager- GMP+ IRCA trainings in New Delhi, India

Job Location: Okhla, New Delhi

Job Scope and Accountabilities:

  • Accountable for Growing Eurofins Food Assurance Business and Meeting assigned sales Target for Personal Care products services.

  • Successful leading product GMP+, IRCA trainings, and other related certifications / trainings across India

  • Overall service Delivery

  • To conduct audits/ Trainings as per the requirements stated in audit criteria.

  • To remain updates on all skill development, code qualification, Regulatory and Industrial requirements related to audits and certifications.

  • To be competent and qualified in Various standards like BRCGS food, packaging, FSSC, ISO 22000, GMP+, Accredited trainings etc.

  • Upgrade the knowledge of local social, economic, and business environment. 

  • To ensure TAT- Turnaround time for audit reports as per procedures established by Eurofins.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Mentoring & Support of Technical executives, Auditors / Back office executives.

  • Monitoring and support to Operational activities.

Duties:

  • Responsible for achieving targeted revenue of Personal care product certifications for India as defined by Eurofins Management.

  • Prepare and present sales quotations and proposals to current and prospective clients.

  • Reviewing contracts for new clients.

  • Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM.

  • Provide Monthly Sales reports to Director Food Assurance – India.

  • Develop and implement the territory sales plan.

  • Lead, Monitor and support the sales activities and performance of Business Development Managers / Executives.

  • Identify and develop the required training for Sales Team.

  • Responsible for supporting marketing activities in Region.

  • Updating Management on competitors and Market trends regularly.

  • Identify and build relationship with client, consultants and industry associations.

  • Ensure implementation & meeting of company’s objective & policies.

  • To proactively identify customers at risk of leaving and work to retain them.

  • Assist in payment collection for region.

  • Assist in Scheduling the Clients audit.

  • Review Eurofins procedures for customer services, enquiries and sales management to ensure intended outcomes are achieved and, as appropriate, recommend changes.

  • Visit various cities & meet customers on regular basis.

  • Assist with details of suitable resources for subcontractor auditors & Trainers.

  • Ensure implementation & meeting of company’s objective & policies.

  • Commitment to providing a consistently high standard of customer service.

  • Demonstrable record of success in sales, product or service marketing and sales management.

  • To promote Eurofins programs to key market segments via targeted strategic marketing activities.

  • Provide input for new programs (standards or 2nd party audit) to be developed and implemented.

  • To understand the role of impartiality when providing certification activities and the process of taking independent action where necessary, (e.g. informing authorities, accreditation bodies, stakeholders)

  • To demonstrate the management expertise and ability to lead and take decisions. Review the decisions taken by technical manager relating to certification/verification.

  • To demonstrate the ability to communicate with all stakeholders (e.g. Impartiality Committee, Directors)

  • To ensure timely updating of qualifications and competency, satisfactory completion of training, calibration meetings, training audits, witness audits and approvals.

Minimum Education / Professional Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in appropriate discipline Preferably Food Science

  • Lead auditor course BRCGs, FSMS/ FSSC /QMS or equivalent.

  • ATP/Lead Tutor, BRC, FSSC

  • Minimum 5 year of experience in Operations, technical, Audits, preferably from a CB company.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in food industry preferably production or quality department.

  • Good knowledge of product and market exposure.

  • Good at Communication Skill.

  • Good at Presentations

  • Good command on written and spoken English
