Summary:
The Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the Capital Markets team by conducting data analysis and providing insights to inform business decisions. This role requires a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Collect, clean, and transform data from various sources (e.g., databases, spreadsheets, CRM systems).
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business objectives.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor business performance.
Prepare presentations and reports summarizing data findings and insights for senior management.
Business Support:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide timely and accurate data support.
Proactively identify and address data quality issues.
Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies and initiatives.
Data Management & Governance:
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
o Updating data-based information across multiple technology platforms for business leadership reports and dashboards (including Salesforce, SharePoint)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a data analysis or business analyst role, preferably within the financial services industry.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience with data management and governance principles.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive and results-oriented approach.
