Job Title: Associate

Summary:

The Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the Capital Markets team by conducting data analysis and providing insights to inform business decisions. This role requires a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Collect, clean, and transform data from various sources (e.g., databases, spreadsheets, CRM systems).

  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business objectives.

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor business performance.

  • Prepare presentations and reports summarizing data findings and insights for senior management.

  • Business Support:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide timely and accurate data support.

  • Proactively identify and address data quality issues.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies and initiatives.

  • Data Management & Governance:

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

o Updating data-based information across multiple technology platforms for business leadership reports and dashboards (including Salesforce, SharePoint)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in a data analysis or business analyst role, preferably within the financial services industry.

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Experience with data management and governance principles.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • A proactive and results-oriented approach.
