Pharmacy Technician Senior Representative: Reship and Returns Specialist

Work Schedule: ONSITE - Monday through Friday 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

What you will do:

As a Reship and Returns Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • Manually processing our daily reships as well as handling our returns

  • Entering appropriate chart notes

  • Providing leaders with monthly and quarterly statistics and track pharmacy waste.

  • Supporting the pharmacy as needed.

Other duties include:

  • Processing prescriptions for our visually impaired patients using Script Talk and Braille label machines.

  • Creating new knowledge with our systems and relationships with your peers.

  • Other duties assigned as needed

Qualifications/Requirements:

General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and comfortable entering data into Excel spreadsheets is required.

Ability to self-direct, be accountable, approachable, and organized. Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a dispensing pharmacy is a must.

PTCB certification is preferred but not required.

Minimum 1 year experience as a Pharmacy Technician

High School Diploma / GED required

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
