    What you’ll do as a HR Generalist

  • Administer various human resource initiatives and procedures for all organization personnel.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures when required.

  • Monitor the performance evaluation process.

  • Educate newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.

  • Facilitate new employee orientation and new leadership orientation.

  • Maintain digital employee personnel files and documents.

  • Monitor and track activities through the Learning Management System.

  • Administer, track, and monitor employee leave process.

  • Skillfully investigate employee relations concerns and maintain confidentiality in all matters.

  • Travel to office locations to provide HR support where and when needed (up to 30% travel obligations).

    What you’ll need

  • To be 18 years of age or older.

  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company.

  • Bachelor’s Degree.

  • 2+ years experience in HR.

  • Working knowledge of federal and state employment law.

  • Experience working in HRIS systems (i.e. UKG, SAP, etc.).

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Google applications.

  • You possess a valid driver’s license, including a MVR record deemed acceptable by the company.

    Additional qualifications

  • Degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
