The SME will play a critical role in providing expert insights, strategic guidance, and operational support to optimize organizational performance, drive efficiency, and enhance productivity across large-scale projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in large-scale operations, a deep understanding of organizational structures, and a proven record of accomplishment of successfully implementing large-scale changes. Your Role: By joining our team as the Organizational Transformation SME, you could help transform our federal client’s organization and accelerate mission execution through emerging and disruptive technologies, innovative business models, retooled program operations and industry-driven solutions. Responsibilities: Provide Operations and Structure assessment of the Organizational Development plan to facilitate the timely and effective implementation of transformation initiatives and re-optimization for our client. Assess and recommend improvements to existing organizational structures and processes. Advise, design, implement, and deploy solutions that are focused on "heart of the business" issues across client organizations. Use deep sector knowledge and program management skills. Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Implement best practices to streamline operations and enhance productivity. Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) across the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior management, to align strategic goals. Minimum Requirements: 12+ Years of Organizational and Operations Experience. Deep understanding of organizational structures, change management, and operational best practices. Experience with assessing Large Scale System Administration, SW Development, and Middleware programs. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar credentials. Experience in a consulting role or working with large-scale enterprises. Proven record of accomplishment of successfully managing large-scale change initiatives. Clearance Requirement: Active IRS MBI Clearance or have used it within 2 years. Location: This position is Remote. Meetings in the DMV area may be required.
