Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
This is a multi-craft maintenance role where you will troubleshoot equipment in the facility to ensure it is functioning properly. You will work with various large corrugated box machines that have numerous hydraulic components, sensors, and conveyors. These machines process paper into the final product by gluing and assembling it. You will perform preventive maintenance (PM) tasks according to a schedule and, in the long term, be responsible for facilities maintenance tasks like PM on HVAC systems and dock doors. Electrical troubleshooting and the ability to read schematics are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair equipment in the facility
Ensure machines are up and functioning properly
Work with large corrugated box machines, including hydraulic components, sensors, and conveyors
Perform preventive maintenance tasks according to schedule
Conduct facilities maintenance tasks, including PM on HVAC systems and dock doors
Troubleshoot electrical systems and read schematics
Essential Skills
Experience as a maintenance technician
Knowledge of electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
Experience with preventive maintenance
Familiarity with three-phase motors
Ability to read schematics and blueprints
Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with PLCs and volt meters
Previous box manufacturing experience (preferred)

Work Environment
This is shift work with hours from 7 PM to 1 AM Monday to Wednesday and 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday/Sunday. The work environment is super clean, climate-controlled, and requires wearing jeans and steel-toed shoes. The facility contains a significant amount of cardboard.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $70000.00
