Job Overview

Provides design and deliver architectural solutions. Responsible for solution tuning and optimization. Develop technical relationship with end users and business clients. Mentor junior members of the team.

Essential Functions

• Provide guidance and mentorship to the development team

• Perform daily meetings with the team

• Ensure team's knowledge is up-to-date

• Assist in applications building

• Conduct code reviews

• Writing technical documentation

• Building applications architecture

• Responsible for DevOps and app stores publishing operations

• Take ownership of all code repositories

• Taking responsibility on our hosting environments

• Ensuring quality and security standards are applied

• Communicate with global teams on applying IQVIA best practices

• Act as main link between PMs and the development team

• Ensure applying of database best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in software industry

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in MERN Stack development

• Hands-on programming skills (back-end, front-end, database, application build).

• Good database knowledge preferably in SQL Server, My SQL and MongoDB

• Experience with mobile applications building using MERN Stack

• Good communication skills

• Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken

• Ability to write technical documentation
