Robert Half Temporary - Administrator in New Brunswick, New Jersey

Description

We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Administrator. The selected individual will be working in the detail oriented Associations industry, where they will provide support to various committees and manage administrative aspects of the organization's award programs.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a first point of contact for all expense report inquiries, reviewing and approving expense reports with accuracy.

• Coordinate and organize meetings, using scheduling tools to accommodate multiple time zones.

• Manage the administrative aspects of Society award programs, including the timely processing of award payments.

• Coordinate with vendors for the creation and delivery of recognition items, and prepare nomination packets for committee review.

• Serve as a Liaison/support staff assigned to the VP of Membership and Chapters, assisting in logistics and meeting planning for any membership events at conferences.

• Generate membership reports for marketing campaigns and coordinate with other departments to ensure distribution of up-to-date welcome letters to all new Society members.

• Manage and fulfill requests for promotional materials to support conferences and Chapter activities.

• Monitor activities of volunteer committees related to awards and grants, providing analysis and benchmarking of reports as needed.

• Assist in creating membership calls, email campaigns, and program announcements.

Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word

• Experience with data entry and maintaining accuracy in high-volume environments

• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively

• Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve customer inquiries efficiently

• Excellent email correspondence skills, ensuring clear and detail oriented communication

• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively

• Ability to multitask and handle multiple requests simultaneously

• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
