Industrial Staffing Services Inc dba Equiliem PICU in New Brunswick, New Jersey

We are seeking a dedicated healthcare professional with availability to work 2 out of 3 holidays. All scheduling requests must be approved prior to signing.

Responsibilities

This position involves:

  • Auto offer system in place.
  • Floating to NICU & SCN, and potentially to Peds ED, peds, and PHOC depending on unit needs.
  • Working every other weekend and holiday.
Required Experience

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Required Skills
  • Proficiency in EPIC, CVP, CVVH, hemodynamic monitoring, and EKG interpretation/management.
  • Experience with insulin administration/pumps, NG placement/management, and IV (ports/a-lines/central lines/PICCs).
  • Skills in procedural sedation, IV vasopressors, EVD, VP shunt, ICP monitoring, HFNC, ETT, vents/trachs, renal failure, CRRT, peritoneal dialysis, wound care, trauma.
  • ECMO experience is preferred.
Patient Ratios
  • 1:1-2 for direct care.
  • 1:3 for intermediate care.
Certifications
  • ACLS, BLS, and PALS are required.
  • NIH certification is preferred.
