At the heart of our mission, we are seeking a hard-working Strategic Program Manager for Learning and Development to lead our Learn Team in redefining the way we cultivate and empower our talent. In this role, we will take charge of overall project management activities, leading the strategy and execution of our intake process, as well as the dynamic content creation and curation processes. You will also work alongside strategy and operations business leaders to support tool adoption within the technology space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement an effective Intake process through ongoing feedback from end users and partners, incorporating their insights to drive iterative improvements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Strengthen the Learn intake process by formulating a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at increasing awareness and engagement.

  • Thoroughly analyze, curate, create, and strategically align learning assets with all content requests originating from the intake process and Learn team’s priority skill needs.

  • Elevate the learning design and development process for digital assets by fostering collaborative partnerships with Senior Stakeholders.

  • Implement a systemic approach to content curation and creation that ensures relevance, accuracy, and alignments with organizational goals and learner needs.

  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of curated and created content through feedback loops with Learn Team, partners, and end users, iteratively refining the curation process to optimize learning outcomes and organization impact.

  • Lead the redesign of J&J Technology Channel in EdCast (Learn). Work with subject matter experts and design specialists to enhance the learner’s experience by curating and maintaining learning assets that are relevant and up to date.

  • Work with existing learning experience platforms and the Summit system to assign learning modules, pull reporting, and lead learning assignments efficiently.

  • Collaborate with Learning Technologist and Analyst, Lead, on metrics that showcase the impact of learning initiatives to ensure the audience understands the relevance of organizational goals.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • 10+ years of experience as project manager.

Preferred:

  • Expertise with project management tools (MS Planner, MS Tasks, Roadmunk, etc.)

  • Proficiency with e-learning platforms and instructional design software (e.g., Edcast, Articulate Storyline, 7 Taps, Walk Me, NovoEd).

  • Experience with data analytics (tools such as Visier, Tableau, Excel, etc.).

  • Confirmed leadership experience in problem-solving, project management, and delivering strategic solutions in a corporate environment.

  • Excellent skills in encouraging collaboration across teams and departments.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $100,000 to $172,500.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

  • Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year

  • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year

  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
