Description

Robert Half is partnering with a growth-oriented financial institution near Middlesex County, NJ seeking an individual with a strong understanding of loans, loan products, exceptional communication abilities, and customer service skills. Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving skills, an ability to multi-task and maintain performance under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, macros), and experience with a loan servicing system are desired. High moral and ethical values in handling confidential material are required.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include the diligent processing and servicing of assigned loans in accordance with procedures. Tasks include regular monitoring of new loan accounts, data entry of finalized loans into the servicing system, maintaining weekly reports, and reconciling borrower accounts. The role also involves ensuring all dues are collected, escalating overdue principal, interest, and fees, making collection calls, issuing loan notices, and handling loan payoffs accurately.

Additional duties encompass performance of loan maintenance in the core system, working closely with other department associates to ensure daily tasks, projects, and processes are completed within the required timelines. Regular attendance and punctuality are vital. Other tasks include providing backup to coworkers, reviewing final loan documents, and acquiring proficiency in the loan servicing system.

Requirements

• Strong communication and being able to pivot responsibilities is a big must have for the client

• Demonstrable experience in Data Processing

• Familiarity with Closing Processes in the healthcare industry

• Excellent Communication skills

• Strong understanding of Compliance requirements in loan processing

• Experience handling Approved Loans

• Proficiency in Loan Review and Loan Servicing

• Experience in Loan Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables/vlookups a must, VBA and Macros a huge plus)

• Ability to handle Client communications effectively

• Familiarity with Loan Agreements and Loan Administration in the healthcare sector
