Job Title: Liquid Fill & Gel Prep Operator

Location: New Brunswick, NJ

Hours / Schedule: 1st shift, M-F, 7am - 3pm OR 2nd shift, M-F, 3pm - 11pm

Type: Direct Hire

Responsibilities

• Responsible for operating blending machinery and keeping accurate batch record documents

• Operate blending machinery independently as well as with a team environment

• Stand/walk for most of the work shift

• Perform job duties that require constant attention to manufacturing and batch record process

• Periodically push/pull containers weighing up to 500 pounds and lift containers up to 50 pounds

• Verify labels with batch manufacturing records

• Must be able to document blending process as per SOP

• Report abnormal conditions to the manager regarding equipment/product

  Requirements

• Must have 2+ years experience with 2 piece hard shell encapsulation set-up and operation

• Previous 1-3 years experience in a pharmaceutical or related industry

• Knowledge of GMP standards

• Able to read, write and speak English fluently

• Excellent writing and math skills required
