Job Overview:This position is for a Full time, Dayshift Lab Assistant to assist Flow Cytometry and the Bone Marrow section with accessioning, processing Bone Marrow Biopsies and delivering to Histology, processing send out tests, archiving slides and histograms, and retrieving results and specimens from Hematology,

Assist in daily tasks such as instrument maintenance as assigned,

Qualifications:

Required:

• High School diploma or equivalent is required. Post high school training is necessary. It should be similar in length and scope to Medical Assistant certification.

Preferred:

• Prior Lab experience
