Posting Summary | Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School's Department of Neurology, located in New Brunswick, NJ and part of Rutgers - the State University of New Jersey, is seeking a full-time faculty Division Chief to join their NAEC Level IV-accredited Epilepsy Center. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of highly experienced professionals, including four adult epileptologists, five pediatric neurologists, an adult epilepsy advanced practice nurse, neuropsychologists, and pediatric and adult epilepsy neurosurgeons. As an active and dynamic epilepsy division, they consistently perform various treatments such as respective, laser ablative, and intracranial neuromodulation. The Division Chief will be a prominent member of the clinical team and will perform tasks such as surface and intracranial EEG video monitoring, intraoperative electrocorticography, functional mapping, Neuro-ICU, and other long-term EEG interpretations. They will also provide inpatient and outpatient epilepsy and neurology care. |

Minimum Education and Experience | MD Candidates must be graduates of an ACGME-accredited neurology residency, be board certified or eligible in neurology, have completed a fellowship in neuromuscular disorders or related clinical neurosciences, and be eligible for a New Jersey License. Rank and track will be consistent with qualifications. |
