Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This role will perform a variety of Infrastructure/security-related activities on the Client Solutions and Engineering team, including incident/task response, OS Management, Microsoft infrastructure management, application assessments, documentation of actions, and overseeing remediation activities on end user devices. Additionally, this role provides you with an opportunity to have a direct influence on the organization’s ongoing security strategy around applications and end user devices.

• Assess, install, and track the performance of applications to protect our endpoints.

• Experience in Intune Endpoint Management/Intune Autopilot

• Experience with endpoint management, ideally leveraging Microsoft Defender

• Experience with OS upgrades and deployments leveraging Intune Autopilot/Azure Autopilot

• Experience troubleshooting/configuring OS tickets for Microsoft stack

• Experience leveraging PowerShell for automation of infrastructure/security tasks

• Document all activities around individual applications.

• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain security software and related hardware.

• Monitor systems for irregular behavior and set up preventive measures.

• Recommend strategies and ideas to create standard processes and procedures.

• Maintain policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with the company’s control requirements manual or related documentation.

• Identify automation opportunities.

• Provide end user security consultation and guidance to the organization as appropriate.

• Collaborate with users to discuss requested applications and the potential security threats.

• Perform tests to ensure proper functioning of policies and processes.

• Safeguard endpoint security, train users and promote security awareness.

• Other related duties as assigned.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• A minimum of three to five years of IT or information security experience, with at least one year.

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proficient in MS Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and Visio.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English).

• Flexibility to work occasionally outside business hours to support security incident response, project work, or maintenance window activities.

• Experience with monitoring and responding to alerts and incidents.

• A technical understanding of IT networks, end user device management, and IT applications.

• Proficient, or able to gain proficiency with, various security software applications and tools.

• Excellent organizational skills and analytic, problem-solving skills.

• Impeccable confidentiality, attention to detail, and self-organization.

• Self-directed and motivated with a positive and willing attitude.
