The OT/IT support Manager for Radiometer is responsible for managing the IT support teams in the US. Focusing on both office IT and production IT support.

This position is part of the Global Operation Digital Excellence located in New Brighton, MN and will be offered as an On-site role. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the Global Operation Digital Excellence team and report to the Senior Manager of IT Operation Digitalization responsible for IT part of Global Operation Digital Excellence. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Provide leadership and development to the team members, ensuring a motivated and effective team.

• Daily management, KPI’s and prioritization of incidents, tasks, and projects.

• Point of escalation for Global IT support.

• Procurement of IT equipment and services to the region.

• Lead external consultants as well as 3rd party contracts and deliverables.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Degree in Computer science or equivalent.

• +2 years manager experience with direct reports

• +5 Years experience from working with IT.

• Experienced in building strong relations and stakeholder management.

• Strong skill to execute on agreed targets.

• Language requirements: English fluently in speech and writing.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Provide hands-on IT support to end-user and production facilities.

• Experience from working in an international organization.

• Solid people management skills building a strong engagement.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
