Job Title: Accounting Clerk
Job Description
Check AP inbox: print invoices using PDF merger, review emails (50-150/day), and print new invoices while addressing those that are past due.
Respond to emails regarding past due or short pays by checking the Tracker, A+, and S2K systems to determine why an invoice has not yet been paid or was short paid, and inform vendors of findings.
Fill the invoice tracker by sorting Drop Shipments out of the stack of invoices supplied daily, scanning them separately into a folder and returning them once ready.
Enter remaining invoices onto the Excel spreadsheet, scan and save into MOJO, write resolutions on the invoices, and give them to the Sr. AP employee.
Upload invoices into OneDrive by sorting them into invoices and credits, scanning, and saving individual copies by name and invoice number (less than 250 per day).
Skills & Qualifications
Accounts payable experience
Handling invoice inbox
Managing short pays and overdue invoices
Invoice processing
Previous Accounts Payable experience is preferred (1+ months)
No degree required
Microsoft Office experience, specifically Excel (no need for pivot tables or vlookups)
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00
