Tool Crib Material Receiver - 1

New Bern, NC/ Full-time

Your responsibilities

To maintain tool crib inventory with proper SAP transactions and physical material movement to ensure factory/production support.

Maintains Key User SAP roles and responsibilities within the department

Make transactions on a timely basis for all:

Goods Receipts

Goods Issues

Cycle Counts.

Checks physical stock for requestors and respond in a timely fashion.

Investigates incorrect inventory and correct root cause with PUR support as required

Assists buyer in obtaining quotes once trained and familiar with that process

Keeps buyer informed of any unusual requests or issues which affect service to factories. .

Assists factories as required to support special projects

Supports development of new processes and advanced development of new PUR technologies.

Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the tool crib

Operates independently with extreme accuracy using above average written and verbal skills

Operates any equipment required according to safety standards, reporting any problems immediately to manager or Safety supervisor

Must be able to work various times and shifts based on production demands which may include weekends.

Prepare for and conduct tool crib internal and external audits.

Prepare, document, and create new parts and maintain new part setup processes.

Maintain repairable items processing. Must track and maintain records for outgoing repairs to ensure timely delivery back to the factory.

Respond to, via email or phone, to internal customer needs to ensure the factory operates at maximum efficiency.

Other duties as assigned.
