As a valued member of our collaborative and supportive team, you will work together to transform the lives of individuals by providing a comprehensive range of services that treat the whole person and empower patients to find their way forward.

What Youll Do

As a Clinician on our Outpatient Therapy team (OPT), you will contribute significantly to the well-being of the individuals under your care in a clinic setting. Your skills and experience will be vital in the screening, assessment and goal development / achievement process. Additionally, our clinicians recommend and coordinate supporting services for individuals when needed. The teams at Easterseals PORT Health care directly for our clients in one-on-one or group sessions in our outpatient clinics and opioid treatment programs.

Youll earn a competitive annual salary ($47,000 - $60,000) based on your experience plus enjoy a 40-hour a week, Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm work schedule with some evening flexibility for program and client needs.This position is on-site. What Were Looking For

To join our team as a licensed clinician you must have in-depth knowledge of different therapeutic approaches and group techniques as well as their practical application in an outpatient setting, be able to work independently, be adept at problem solving and de-escalation in times of crisis. We also require:

  • Full or provisional licensure: LCSW, LCMHC, LCAS
    • Dual licensure preferred
  • Prior mental health and/or substance use experience preferred
