Each day, you will ensure the best possible and most cost-effective problem resolution. You will also showcase your expertise by executing work as per first-time right approach and ensuring the job is done on time and as per quality standards The work model for the role is: Onsite #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Motion Service division in the USA. You will be mainly accountable for: *Contributing to customer satisfaction by executing workshop orders according to workshop processes and guidelines. *Performing workshop tasks such as troubleshooting, repair, assembly, and testing. *Checking bill of materials and other documents to identify required parts needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available. *Ensuring the completion, processing, and maintenance of all required documentation. Must be capable of passing Electrical Competency and Authorization Program (ECAP) level 3. Prior experience working with hand and power tools Knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives and the applications it supports preferred Prior experience with SAP or similar ERP system preferred Ability to read and comprehend assembly instructions, bills of materials, assembly drawings, and procedure manuals.
