Job Title: General Molding Operator

Job Description

Join our team as a General Molding Operator, working primarily in the molding department right next to ovens. This role involves working on both plastic and metal parts, pushing and pulling parts along a roller system, and hanging molds on racks. You will be responsible for observing machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defects or deviations from standards, operating ovens, and recording temperatures frequently. Documentation is crucial, both on pen and paper and directly on the product. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to perform activities as planned by others. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance with our company's policies and 5S procedures.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in New Berlin, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

The role is based in a small assembly department that can reach up to 90 degrees. Heat protection gear such as gloves and work sleeves will be provided. The shifts available are 1st shift (7am-3pm), 2nd shift (3pm-11pm), and 3rd shift (11pm-7am).
