Robert Half Controller and Office Manager in New Berlin, Wisconsin

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Controller and Office Manager to join our team in New Berlin, Wisconsin. This role involves a variety of tasks, ranging from financial record keeping and inventory management to supervising office operations and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the processing of customer credit applications and ensure their accuracy

• Oversee the maintenance of precise customer credit records

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required

• Perform accurate and efficient daily deposits and follow-ups on late payments

• Manage the entry of vendor invoices and payment journal entries

• Supervise the setup of new vendors and customers and review credit applications

• Oversee the completion of bank reconciliations on a monthly basis

• Conduct the final computation of month-end numbers, including the analysis of company assets and depreciation

• Handle HR administration for routine matters and assist in creating office operations and procedures

• Manage the ordering of office supplies and the termination of ineffective contracts

• Utilize a popular ERP system for various tasks and generate ad hoc financial reports. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as Controller and Office Manager

• Proficient in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management

• Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations efficiently

• Experience with General Ledger management

• Skilled in creating and managing Journal Entries

• Expertise in executing Month End Close procedures

• Proficiency in using Dynamics for financial management

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

• Ability to perform Ad Hoc Reporting as required

• Skilled in generating and interpreting Financial Reporting
