Position: Project Control Analyst Location: Fully Remote Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 This position provides Project Control and Financial Analysis functions for a portfolio of contracts and the over-all corporate structure. Objective: To support the company across multiple platforms including planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting for his/her assigned projects Duties and Responsibilities: Provide program finance support for portfolio of programs ranging from project control to portfolio analysis *Development and maintenance of programmatic ETC/EAC and ownership of financial CDRLs *Serve as the primary interface with project managers, senior technical staff, as well as other functional organizations including contracts, accounting, procurement, subcontract management, etc. *Portfolio-level reporting and other program finance-related activities as needed *Engage in both small to mid-sized proposal activity and larger, complex, and/or flagship proposals *Preparation and analysis of weekly project status report *Work closely with program management to review current and future project status performance *Responsible for monitoring cost and schedule performance, completing related analysis, and preparing briefs for internal and external customers *Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports and presentations *Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to ensure appropriate allocation of cost *Identify trends and developments through analysis and present findings to senior management *Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal projects *Prepare project status with variance analysis for Senior Management and Project Management *Perform other duties as assigned Job Specifications: *Demonstrate "cool and calm" functional representation and customer-service demeanor in crunch-time conditions *Must convey strong organizational, verbal, written and analytical skills Forecast costs with detailed cost variance analysis *Must be able to work and communicate effectively with internal and external customers *Must be detail oriented and demonstrate the ability to manage time effectively *Must be able to work in a fast-paced, complex, and dynamic environment Additional Requirements: *Must have schedule flexibility to support multiple dynamic and short-turn program and proposal deadlines DISCLAIMER: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position.
