Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 5 years of experience in logistics management.

• 3 years of experience in a leadership role.

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

• Experience managing third-party logistics partners and vendor relationships.

• Demonstrated project management skills, with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of logistics professionals and third-party logistics partners.

• Drive and participate in cross-functional initiatives and projects to enhance overall logistics performance.

• Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal efficiency and service level and oversee quarterly budgets, invoice control, and capital improvement projects within the assigned locations.

• Proactively recognize improvement opportunities, create compelling business cases, and secure management approval for implementation.

• Foster within the logistics team, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning and provide clear direction, set expectations, and offer regular feedback and coaching to team members.
