Description

We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and is integral to our operations in the telecom industry. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of clerical duties, including phone management, computer tasks, data entry, customer service, and supporting our HR team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring effective communication within the department and with clients

• Operate computer systems to accomplish administrative tasks and maintain organized digital records

• Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency

• Deliver high-quality customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues

• Provide administrative support to the HR team, assisting in day-to-day operations

• Utilize strong multi-tasking skills to effectively manage multiple responsibilities and priorities simultaneously

• Use excellent communication skills to foster a positive and collaborative work environment

• Leverage Administrative Assistance and Administrative Office skills in daily tasks

• Efficiently answer multi-line phone systems, directing calls as necessary

• Apply computer skills and Human Resources (HR) Administration knowledge to contribute to the team’s success.

Requirements • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Administrative Office tasks

• Experience in Answering Multi-Line Phone System

• Demonstrated Computer Skills

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Ability to Multi Task effectively

• High attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
