Description

We are in search of a Sr. Accountant to strengthen our team. This role requires an individual skilled in accounting operations and audit preparation, with a focus on maintaining the general ledger and processing journal entries.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately maintain the General Ledger to ensure all financial reporting is correct.

• Regularly perform account and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial statements.

• Process journal entries in a timely and efficient manner to keep financial records up-to-date.

• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for and properly posted.

• Use Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting, and Oracle for financial management.

• Assist with the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Assist in audit preparation, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

• Take charge of accounting operations, including accounts payable, to ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and processed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Account Reconciliation is essential.

• Candidate must have demonstrated skills in Balance Sheet Reconciliation.

• Proficiency in conducting Bank Reconciliations is required.

• Strong understanding and practical experience with General Ledger management is necessary.

• Capacity to accurately prepare and maintain Journal Entries is crucial.

• Must be adept in using Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks.

• Experience in managing Month End Close processes is needed.

• Ability to prepare and assist with Audit Preparations is expected.
