JOB REQUIREMENTS: Baysek Machines, Inc Service Technician Baysek Machines. Inc is seeking a Road Service Technician. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to Mechanical & Electrical repairs Troubleshooting Customer service via phone/e-mail and in person (related to machine service and/or repair) Preventive maintenance/ scheduled repairs & emergency service at customer locations o Emergency repairs are same day dispatch Machine installation & Operator training at customer location Depending on your location, when not traveling, you may be on site in our shop assisting in Machine Builds. o Travel is up to 75% All travel expenses are paid for by Baysek Machines, including air fare, mileage, hotel, car rental, miscellaneous travel expenses and a per diem is reimbursed monthly for meals and incidentals Qualifications Mechanical knowledge/ inclination is a must. Must also be able to work without supervision or assistance Previous mechanical or electrical training/experience is desired Previous travel technician experience is a plus. Customer service experience is a plus Office Technology use is a must, Outlook, Word, Excel skills at a moderate skill level Benefits Base pay of \$50,000 to \$70,000 plus overtime pay and additional travel incentive pay ** **Travel incentive pay is paid after you successfully pass your 90-day probationary period and are out on your own. Inspect, operate, and test completed products to verify functioning, machine capabilities, or conformance to customer specifications. Position or align components for assembly, manually or using hoists. Repair or maintain the operating condition of industrial production or processing machinery or equipment. Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery or equipment. Clean, lubricate, or adjust parts, equipment, or machinery. Disassemble machinery or equipment to remove parts and make repairs. Reassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repairs. Examine parts for defects, such as breakage or excessive wear. Record repairs and maintenance performed. Operate newly repaired machinery or equipment to verify the adequacy of repairs. Record parts or materials used and order or requisition new parts or materials, as necessary. Observe and test the operation of machinery or equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using voltmeters or other testing devices. Analyze test results, machine error messages, or information obtained from operators to diagnose equipment problems. Study blueprints or manufacturers\' manuals to determine correct installation or operation of machinery.
