Job Title: Customer Support Assistant (CSA) / Service Administrator

Location: Neligh, NE (On Site / In Person Position)

Pay Range: $16.00 or more DOE

Our client in Neligh, NE, is seeking a Customer Support Assistant (CSA) / Service Administrator to join their team. What’s the Job?

  • Receive visitors and telephone calls, ensuring individuals are directed to the proper parties within the dealership.

  • Open service department work orders and track them through to closure and invoicing.

  • Maintain the service library with current information.

  • Assist customers with billing questions and invoice inquiries.

  • Reconcile daily cash till and prepare bank deposits.

What’s Needed?

  • General knowledge of mechanical terms.

  • Administrative support experience.

  • Basic knowledge of accounting practices.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.

  • Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office.

  • High School Diploma; Associate Degree preferred.
