ITU ABSORBTECH - NEENAH Route Manager in NEENAH, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: ITU AbsorbTech is hiring a Route Manager to join our team in Neenah, WI. In this role, you will: Interact with customers and Route Service and Sales Representative Responsible for achieving revenue growth targets for the department through sales and retention. Build relationships, ensure Genuine Service Excellence and always meet or exceed our customers\' needs. Essential Functions: 1. Assure the consistent delivery of Genuine Service Excellence to all customers in assigned area. 2. Establish customer relationships using the Team Play philosophy by partnering with other members of the team to accomplish exceptional results. 3. Train, motivate, and create an environment of accountability to reinforce our zero-accident culture and mindset with employees. 4. Observe, analyze, and coach subordinates\' performance and behavior through evaluation rides and coaching sessions to meet or exceed performance goals and fully develop their skill sets. 5. Communicate effectively with customers to be able to differentiate ITU AbsorbTech from the competition. 6. Manage new product trials with target accounts and existing customers. 7. Effectively secure new service agreements and service agreement renewals. 8. Promptly respond to customer requests in conjunction with the Customer Response Center. 9. 50%-60% of the week is spent on the road with the team and covering on route when needed. Schedule: 6am start time most days, start time may vary. Availability to work between 6am-5pm, as flexibility is needed. Monday through Friday, no weekends, no holidays. Overnight route as needed. Pay: Base salary of \$50,000 - \$54,000, depending on experience. Additional opportunity for quarterly bonus of at target \$3,250 per quarter (\$13,000 a year), quarterly bonus at max of \$4,750 (\$19,000 a year). Expected first year total compensation of \$63,000 - \$67,000. About ITU AbsorbTech: ITU AbsorbTech was founded in 1908 as an industrial laundry company. Experience in distribution and customer service in a business-to-business environment preferred. Must have good written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, problem solving skills and must be flexible.
