Job Title: PCB DesignerJob Description

As a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Designer, you will design and develop electronic hardware for products across a wide range of industries. This role collaborates with talented hardware, software, mechanical, product & quality, manufacturing, and test engineers throughout all phases of the product development life cycle - from idea conceptualization; through requirements, design, and development; to manufacturing transition and into the market.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality, cost-appropriate PCB design/product concepts that satisfy customer requirements.

• Have awareness of the product realization process, including conceptualization, design, commercialization, manufacture, fulfillment, and sustainability.

• Demonstrate a clear, discipline-specific understanding of the design process.

• Utilize appropriate tools and equipment to perform necessary engineering work, including design creation, design analysis, and design verification.

• Produce comprehensive project documentation in accordance with quality and change management procedures and guidelines.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in PCB design.

• 2-5 years of experience in PCB design.

• 2-5 years of experience using one or more of the following tools: Cadence Allegro, Altium, PADS Power PCB, Mentor Graphics, or Valor.

• Ability to work effectively with customers, design engineers, PCB fabrication personnel, manufacturing, and test engineering personnel to ensure a producible product.

• Experience with PCB design of complex multilayer, high-speed digital, RF, and analog boards.

• Knowledge of board fabrication, assembly, and test.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of an Associate's degree is required; a Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred.

Work Environment

This position requires 1 day on-site in Neenah, WI, with the majority of work being performed remotely.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $70.00/hr.
